well maybe you could wear some grey skinny jeans with a long pink frilly shirt with a cute stretchy pink headband which would look cute in your thick black hair trust me i know because i have thick hair and mine is really hard to manage

just like a little skin colored blush some eyeshadow and eyeliner and a little clear lip gloss just to give your lips that smooth and silky look.

Dark Wash Skinny Jeans (Delia's jeans are awesome...also go to Abercrombie, T.J. Maxx, or Forever 21)

Mid-sleeved Polo or Pullover (Good ones are at Aeropostle, Target, Hollister, or Urban Behaivor)

Maybe a little jacket in case it gets cold (T.J. Maxx or Kohl's)

Ballet Flats (Payless shoe source, shoe carnival)

Cute Jewelry (Claire's, Rue 21)

As for your hair, wear it down. Get some curling gel and mousse and put it in, it'll look adorable! It works with my super thick hair. If that's not enough add a cute headband or clip the front part back.
