Does anyone have ant tips on growing long thick hair??

I have had long hair my entire life pretty much. My only fault is not getting regular trims so when I finally go in they have to cut off a lot more. So definately get regular trims which also keeps your hair healthier looking w/out split ends. Make sure to always condition your hair and when you comb it, it is best to start at the bottom and work out the tangles. Brushing your hair often is good to stimulate the scalp, and I have heard it helps hair grow faster. DO NOT DO AT HOME PERMS OR DYES because these completely ruin your hair (personal experience). and if you swim, try to wear a cap because the chlorine sucks for hair, at least it did for me.

Good luck!

I bought these hair, skin, nail vitamins from follica.com and my hair has been growing pretty quickly and its thick! Also I put in some biosilk silk therapy serum after every shower, this protects it from all kinds of damage. good luck to you!

Ha well I have long, thick hair and I'm not exactly sure why anyone would want it. It's a huge hassle! Theres no sure fire way to get it but if it's what you want these products make my hair grow quickly...Carol's Daughter makes 2 great products. Hair Milk and Lisa's Elixir. Put just a little bit of the elixir in your palms and run your fingers through wet hair..blow dry it with a paddle brush upside down and then put just a bit of the hair milk on the ends before straightening, curling, or styling your hair...take your vitamins and drink your milk...good luck!!

You can get those products at sephora or at carolsdaughter.com

you should go for hair treatment once in a while to moisturize your hair and when you're showering use extremely cold water so it helps to spur your scalp and your hair will frow faster. hope my answer helps.
