Below the shoulders and maybe a little longer is probably my favorite hair length for a girl. In my personal oppinion just completely straight, sleek looking hair is extremely attractive. :)

Thick hair is great so don't thin it out too much but i think that you should get it cut about 2-3 inches below your shoulders and ask for graduated layers to just below the bottom of your ears and get long side swept bangs! :)

I had long hair that went down to my knees. I had it cut and asked the lady not to cut it above the shoulders. She did. I hate it. The adjustment to extremely short hair from extremely long hair is drastic and hard to deal with. I would cut it to the point where your bra sits going across the back, in layers. Layers will help your hair look fuller (if you want that) and make it easier to style if you want to fancy up your hair. Make sure that whatever you want, you make sure the hair dresser have a drawn diagram. Rarely have I found that ANY of them will keep from going scissor happy. While you are in there, ask them to save your hair and donate it to the Locks of Love. They take human hair and make it into wigs for cancer patients.

If u want ur hair to be thiner try doing the layerd look. it may keep u cooler in the summer depending on what length u get ur hair cut

I also have thick hair and when I cut it short it looked too heavy on the bottom....so if your going shorter make sure you also get layers.
