I have really curly and thick hair. I can only wear it down for like an hour & then i have to pu

right now i style it by gettin out of the shower, putting gel in it, and then letting it air dry. I NEED HELP! i have heard that if i get a perm it can help to relax my curls ? any thoughts on that ?

I have really curly and thick hair. I can only wear it down for like an hour %26amp; then i have to pull it up.?

what you can do is get your hair chemically straightened.....they use the same chemical as perming but do the opposite technique.....my niece does this and it looks fantastic....she loves it

I have really curly and thick hair. I can only wear it down for like an hour %26amp; then i have to pull it up.?

There's always a straightener.

I have really curly and thick hair. I can only wear it down for like an hour %26amp; then i have to pull it up.?

well how about getting it cut and thin in out. Reverse perms do straighten curly hair for awhile. But you cant do that forever, itll kill your hair.

Go to a good stylist and see what they have to say.

Only straightening chemical can solve your problem.

I have really curly and thick hair. I can only wear it down for like an hour %26amp; then i have to pull it up.?

I have a low maintenance approach to hair care. Mine is long and straight and I let it be. If you have curly hair maybe you should make peace with it and let is go. Get a cut that flatters it. Short and spunky or long and Afro style is cool. Why try to shape your hair, it is part of your natural beauty?

I have really curly and thick hair. I can only wear it down for like an hour %26amp; then i have to pull it up.?

use a leave-in conditioner and comb or brush it through wet hair. Then, pull your hair into a tight bun or braids (two to four) and blow-dry it with it pulled back. Sleep on it, and keep it for the rest of the day. At night, take it down and if it's still wet, then blow dry it. Sleep with it in a loose bun and put leave-in conditioner in it every morning. This will relax the curl. But, if you still aren't happy, you should consider cutting it and maybe donating it to cancer.

I suggest that you wash your hair at night, add hair gel, and braid it up into 4-5 braids. In the morning take the braids out and try not to touch your hair. The more you touch it, the more the curls seperate and look frizzy. Good luck!

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

It is just past my shoulder blades, and I am thinking of getting it cut, but how??? I can do it straight(If it is not hummid outside) Or curly, I like to wear it up or down. Should i keep it long or cut it all off...Help

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

Its really up to you, but curly thick hair does require more maintenance at shorter lengths. If you want to keep it long talk to your stylist about ways to keep your length and remove weight. If you want to wear it straight (even in the humidity) Try Redken Align 12 before blow drying this will keep humidity out and help you straighten, as well as protect form the heat of dryer and Flat iron. Also Redken Smooth Down Heatglide to protect and shine. Curly days I would go with Redken Solid Water. If you go to www.redken.com there is a great interactive tool to help you find the products that will help your hair. There is also a salon locator to help you find someone who can help you learn to use these and find a style that works for you.

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

Try going to a stylist and telling them your hair is thick and you want to cut out the thickness but keep length, its much better that way. :)

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

I have really really long thick curly hair. last time i cut my hair short i hated it. I recommened you dont cut it but if you do dont get layers.

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

keep it long...men like long hair and you can do more with it...cutting involves all this styling and upkeep. put in a ponytail or just pin on top of your head.

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

ask in a salon what would be the best for you

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

My hair is thick and curly and had grown past my shoulders,I had t cut, with layers and I wish I hadnt,so all I can do is wear it up for now till it grows out.....i would get it trimmed....not cut...

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

be grateful and Never, never let a hair stylist talk you into thinning it!!!!

Keep it around your shoulders, but everyone always sighs whenI get me hair cut!

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

you should just keep it long and curl it, its sexy that way!!!

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

leave it long

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

if i were you i would not get it cut i would miss it

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

Don't get your hair thinned, it leaves really small layers the will grow out, and look retarded!!! I have long hair too, I suggest that if you still want longer hair, but want to get it cut, just cut it up about to your shoulders, that way its still long, and you can do stuff to it, but still not a burden on you.

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

I have your same hair type, same length. Don't cut it. There are so many things you can do! I prefer to let mine stay curly... the natural look is envious!! =) hehe

There are so many cute hair trifle to use in your hair. I'm familiar with the thickness that most are out of the question, but I'll buy a bunch of cute ones to hold my hair up at the sides by closely layering them down. They have really fancy ponytail holders now (not the holder itself but adult becoming sheers that fall, things like that). Enhance your hair wardrobe with things that sparkle for nights out, all kinda stuff... it will make a difference.

If you're desperate for a change... what about a new color??

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

get it trimmed

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

well it is somtimes good to have thick hair...i have curly hair because i got a perm and most people say my hair looks thin...but when i straighten it then it looks thick!!!!! but sence it is to your sholer baldes dont cut it you should let it grow like to your elbows and it will look longer and thinner like mine

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

LOCK OF LOVE! thats what im doing with mine. you have to cut 10 inches off though. but your hair goes to cancer patients that dont have hair

Ok folks, I have long thick hair, and am not sure what to do with it...?

Don't cut it short- you may end up unhappy

have you ever tried layers ?

How do you straiten really thick hair?

I have REALLY thick, long hair and the best advice I can give you is to invest in some straightening cream and a great straightner.

I wouldn't recommend straightening it EVERY day as it seriously damages hair far too easily. Once or twice a week is great.

Go to a hair salon and get your hair styled. Watch how she/he straigthens your hair. Asks for tips.

Once you get the hang of it, it will take around 5-7 minutes depending on the hair length. In the beginning it can take 15+ minutes!

Also, blow dry your hair to get as straight as possible without having to use a straightner.

How do you straiten really thick hair?

buy a straighting iron.. preferably a chi iron.. and buy Biosilk.. you can get it at Stop %26amp; shop, CVS, and even costco.. and flat iron your hair in THIN sections.

How do you straiten really thick hair?

a ceramic hair straightener

How do you straiten really thick hair?

ceramic hair straightener. A good one preferably.

How do you straiten really thick hair?

get a Chi hair straightner.

it costs about $150 but it works sooo good!

How do you straiten really thick hair?

A flat iron should do the trick

How do you straiten really thick hair?

put a chemical straightener or relaxer on it. or a flat iron

How do you straiten really thick hair?

Normally, but you have to divide your hair into small sections... it takes a long time!

How do you straiten really thick hair?

I pull my hair up in layers and straighten it starting in the bottom layers and then work my way to the top layer. That way it is guaranteed that no curls underneath will come peaking through

How do you straiten really thick hair?

I have seen my sisters iron with an actual get rid of wrinkles off your clothes Iron for their hair, it really does work! And one of them has hair as thick as a gorillas back!.....

How do you straiten really thick hair?

take it one section at a time and the best flat iron ever is the CHI,it works great and they have all different colors!!

How do you straiten really thick hair?

So, you are asking how you take really thick hair, and turn it into a narrow passage of water connecting two large bodies of water?

I really don't know, that's a tough one.

How do you straiten really thick hair?

well first you need to make sure you have a ceramic iron(b/c if you dont you will fry your hair) ok then put hairspray on the pice your going 2 straitin then startin it! you can always try difrizzer (you can by it at wal*mart)!

How do you straiten really thick hair?

if you are doing it yourself its a bit hard, if you can get a hair dryer holder it would make it easier.........take the top half of your hair and clip it up out of the way, use a flat wide paddle brush pulling hair straight on the bottom do this all around until dry, start releasing hair from top follow the same procedure....when done drying get your flat iron (ceramic works better) and go through section by section until it is all perfectly straight. Or just go to the hair dresser and have them chemcally straighten it for you

How do you straiten really thick hair?

You can blow it out, which you should do before you use the straight iron. I wouldn' t use a chemical relaxer unless you're Black. You'll jack your hair up.

How do you straiten really thick hair?

Get a chi straightener and they cost about $180 but it is totally worth it!!

How do you straiten really thick hair?

use a hair straightener

How do you straiten really thick hair?

Get a hair relaxer. It fixed my impossible mane! My hair poofed out about a foot high till i bought some relaxer at the store and it went to being sleek, shiny and the curls becaime STRAIGHT!!! Get a relaxer, they cost about 5-8$

How do you straiten really thick hair?

a salon but unless u know sum1 that is good at it

How do you straiten really thick hair?

I have REALLY REALLY thick hair too and the best thing to do is buy a ceremic iron. The best ones are probably chi or u can get Elite which is less expensive.

Any good tips for wavy thick hair?

If your hair is just kind of wavy and you want to keep it that way, try putting mousse in it after it's dried a little bit. If you want it straight, straighten or blow-dry it.

If your is curly, I would go with some gel to maintain the shape of the curl throughout the day. Or again, you could straighten it.

Any good tips for wavy thick hair?

1/2 up with a clip or just leave it down

Any good tips for wavy thick hair?

keep it shoulder length and keep it mosturized and soft use texture gel too, it helps make the wazes pretty and soft (also if you want to make it more curly use big! hot rollers they make it look great)

Any good tips for wavy thick hair?

Which is better: thin hair and a lot of it or thick hair and a lot of it?

Thin and a lot of it.

Which is better: thin hair and a lot of it or thick hair and a lot of it?

Thick hair is really good on a man. Fine hair is better on a woman.

Which is better: thin hair and a lot of it or thick hair and a lot of it?

It really depends on what you want to do with it and how you prefer to wear it. Having a lot of hair - thick or thin - does give one more options. The texture of the hair also needs to be considered.

Which is better: thin hair and a lot of it or thick hair and a lot of it?

Some folks have thin hair some thick. Just gotta make the best of what you got.

Which is better: thin hair and a lot of it or thick hair and a lot of it?

A good shampoo for straight and freezy thick hair?

if your hair is dry and is unmanageable find the shampoo and conditioner by Schwarzkopf and osis slick it is a light flatting serum it works and you will be happy

A good shampoo for straight and freezy thick hair?

try KEAUNE's almond shampoo.. it does wonders...or body shops..honey shampoo and conditioner... its the best i have used so far...but more than all this is the naatural way... clean your hair with soap nuts and aloe vera... it will work wonders on the frizz..and make your mane unbeleivably soft..

A good shampoo for straight and freezy thick hair?

Well I work in a salon and we love Redken products. You might try their All Soft line or Smooth Down. I don't know the exact texture of you hair but one of them should work nicely. When I say line they have a shampoo, conditioner, treatment, and some styling products. You don't have to use them all but you could start with the shampoo and conditioner. Also they aren't very expensive so you won't be spending a bundle.

How can i control my thick hair??

ugh i hate it. makes me get so frustrated in da moring.,

i haven tride triming it using those special scissors but my mom says not to do that cus when it gross back it not so pretty

i really need ur help =[

How can i control my thick hair??

There is special stuff you can buy to help calm really thick hair... the only thing is I dont know what its called. You can straighten it with a straightener then it will be like board straight and not as thick.

Good luck!

How can i control my thick hair??

well stop trimming it cause it wont work . it will help if you use dove conditioner and shampoo and then blow dry it and brush it and maybe oyu should try straiting it.

How can i control my thick hair??

Layers generally thin out your hair so try getting layers that flatter your face shape.

Straightening your hair will damage it after a while so after you take a shower let your hair air-dry 80% and then do a blow out for your hair. Just be sure to use a heat protector first!

How can i control my thick hair??

geez i have the same problem....what i do is go to the saloon and ask for them to thin out my hair....then i straighten it....you can also go and by a bottle of Sunsilk-straighten up -contitioner and shampoo and use the tinny bottle that has the same thing written on it and it will control your hair...also don't cut it....its the worst thing you can do...usually just trim it....only cut it if its like 12 inches or longer...!!!

:)

How can i control my thick hair??

straighten it at the salon, or u can buy those hair straightener from stores and diy, i diy some times and the effects are exactly the same as in doing in salon. After u straighten it, it won be so thick anymore !! trust me, i have thick hair too, since young.. they call me the mushroom gal.. as wat i remember from my best friend in elementary sch, she told me my head reminds her of a parachute. -_-"

Anyway, if u go and layer it, it *might* get worst if u have the wavy hair type it is not advisable to layer the hair coz after layering it, it gets more thick and messy too..

I have incredibly long and thick hair, down past my rear end, I need a hairstyle for my wedding.?

ok this is a style that anyone can pull off... its your basic up do with little curl-things in the back

http://www.wedding-hairstyles-pictures.c...

but if you want your hair down for your wedding

here's a nice picture

http://i.ehow.com/images/GlobalPhoto/Art...

i wish you a happy marriage!

I have incredibly long and thick hair, down past my rear end, I need a hairstyle for my wedding.?

try layering ur hair...

I have incredibly long and thick hair, down past my rear end, I need a hairstyle for my wedding.?

Get a few inches cut off your hair length as this is healthy for your hair. I recommend you get your hair thinned and long layers. With this hair style you will be able to have it down or up in any style. Dont get short layers because if you decide to have it pinned up it may not fit in properly.

I have incredibly long and thick hair, down past my rear end, I need a hairstyle for my wedding.?

I would suggest absolutely nuthin. Girlfriend uv got it, so show it. Whatever u do don't cut it, ok? It sounds so beautiful. How does ur husband to be think of the hairstyle? Yea, I know they don't really care yea, or nay, right?

I have incredibly long and thick hair, down past my rear end, I need a hairstyle for my wedding.?

How about cascading curls? Side part the front, or pull the front back with a pretty clip. You want to look like yourself, so however you wear it should be a more glamorous version of your every day look.

I have incredibly long and thick hair, down past my rear end, I need a hairstyle for my wedding.?

ok first...go simple. with hair that long i always charge extra especially when they want it all up. it takes a lot of work and a lot of patience. my guess is it is going to be expensive. maybe do half up half down with some loose curls. you don't want your hair to over power your body or your face.

I have incredibly long and thick hair, down past my rear end, I need a hairstyle for my wedding.?

Same here! My hair, besides being long, is very thick, so for events, I knew I would have trouble with it being too heavy for an up-do. What I have done in the past is, have only sections put up. Curl it all with banana curls all over, but in thin sections. Put it up in layers, with the highest section being right at the top of your head. It will be beautiful! It is WELL worth it to have a professional do it, that way it will be able to stand through the entire day. Good luck to you!

I have incredibly long and thick hair, down past my rear end, I need a hairstyle for my wedding.?

You're not talking about a haircut right? I wasn't sure but thought you are asking for a hairstyle only. With hair that long, I think an updo would look really pretty on your special day. Make sure you get just the ends trimmed before the big day.

I have incredibly long and thick hair, down past my rear end, I need a hairstyle for my wedding.?

Cut a lot of hair off. You can leave it down all curly, or put it up curly, or put half up and half down.

I am a hispanic male with straight thick hair. How can I get dreadlocks. Please give me tips websites

Hi. Ok so the first you can do, is start twisting your hair. When the twists starts pulling out, re-twist with each other...It's a locking or intertwining your hair kind of method. Never comb the hair out. Just keep locking and intertwining the hair as it grows. Don't forget to wash your hair though(with the twists). Use only natural shampoos. No conditioner. Just oil(with natural oils as well) after shampoos. This should work.

I am a hispanic male with straight thick hair. How can I get dreadlocks. Please give me tips websites etc.?

yes i'd listen to this dude abouve me i want dread sooo bad well fake extenstion one ya know not for my hair im dying for some thiouhg my aun has twist dread and that's waht she does

How can i make my thick hair thinner without those razor cuts or thining out scissors at home?

I think you would have to go get your hair cut. It should only cost about $30. They'll just give you a cute cut and thin your hair a little by cutting it. It's worth it!

How can i make my thick hair thinner without those razor cuts or thining out scissors at home?

try adding a few layers to your hair to give it a thinner appearance and to frame your face.

How can i make my thick hair thinner without those razor cuts or thining out scissors at home?

try layers. they look very cute, and appears to make your hair a little thinner!

How can i make my thick hair thinner without those razor cuts or thining out scissors at home?

Layers will tame overly thick hair and make it more manageable

How can i make my thick hair thinner without those razor cuts or thining out scissors at home?

around september i got a haircut and i thinned my my hair (scissors). uhh dont try it. my haircutter thinned it too much and i had but wisps of hair on the ends...i was devastated. where was my long thick hair?? im never doing it again. thick hair is the best. now i regret ever wanting it thin. now im losing hair at the same time in clumps every time i take my scrunchy out--gross huh? im desperately waiting for it to grow out a bit and certainly get thicker hopefully.

oh yes and dont listen to the people who tell you to get layers on thick hair...it only makes your hair poofier from the top and thins the ends. if you want layers get long layers like at the very bottom.

and trust me dont thin it out you WILL regret it!!!

I have very long and thick hair, im getting a haircut this friday, what should i do it to it?

should i cuti t short like below my shoulders, or get more layers help!!!!!!!!! get it thinned out help me :)

I have very long and thick hair, im getting a haircut this friday, what should i do it to it?

PLEASE IF U GET ENOUGH TAKEN OFF DONATE YOUR HAIR TO LOCKS OF LOVE

I have very long and thick hair, im getting a haircut this friday, what should i do it to it?

more layers! :)

I have very long and thick hair, im getting a haircut this friday, what should i do it to it?

Below the shoulders and maybe a little longer is probably my favorite hair length for a girl. In my personal oppinion just completely straight, sleek looking hair is extremely attractive. :)

I have very long and thick hair, im getting a haircut this friday, what should i do it to it?

Thick hair is great so don't thin it out too much but i think that you should get it cut about 2-3 inches below your shoulders and ask for graduated layers to just below the bottom of your ears and get long side swept bangs! :)

I have very long and thick hair, im getting a haircut this friday, what should i do it to it?

I had long hair that went down to my knees. I had it cut and asked the lady not to cut it above the shoulders. She did. I hate it. The adjustment to extremely short hair from extremely long hair is drastic and hard to deal with. I would cut it to the point where your bra sits going across the back, in layers. Layers will help your hair look fuller (if you want that) and make it easier to style if you want to fancy up your hair. Make sure that whatever you want, you make sure the hair dresser have a drawn diagram. Rarely have I found that ANY of them will keep from going scissor happy. While you are in there, ask them to save your hair and donate it to the Locks of Love. They take human hair and make it into wigs for cancer patients.

I have very long and thick hair, im getting a haircut this friday, what should i do it to it?

thinned out...layer...n bangs :) all 2gether

I have very long and thick hair, im getting a haircut this friday, what should i do it to it?

If u want ur hair to be thiner try doing the layerd look. it may keep u cooler in the summer depending on what length u get ur hair cut

I have very long and thick hair, im getting a haircut this friday, what should i do it to it?

I also have thick hair and when I cut it short it looked too heavy on the bottom....so if your going shorter make sure you also get layers.

My hair is so thin and less. Can use this dove haircare shampoo ? And i can have a thick hair????

What dove shampoo? Is it formulated for helping to "thicken" hair? I got my mom on Arbonne's Thermal Hair Fusion. Her hair had gotten really thin, and she'd been diagnosed with cancer. She went through radiation but not chemo, and her hair was just looking mousy and you could see day light through it. This cream used when shampooing has really worked for her. It's available in the US and Canada, but may can be shipped elsewhere via a consultant.

to create the illusion of thicker hair-get hair cut into layers then add highlights and low lights....this will make you hair look thicker definitely....and if your still not satisfied...you can also get extensions-they are very expensive but they look so real and last a couple of months....and a simple trick you can do at home if your not looking to spend alot of money is teasing at the root of your hair then smoothing it over.... this works and gives you some height an body to your hair

It takes WAY to long to striaghten my thick hair? what should i do?

i have limited time in the morning. My hairs a little longer than my shoulders. i don't know how to style itt... helpp

It takes WAY to long to striaghten my thick hair? what should i do?

If you have some money to spare you can go to a salon for a chemical straightening treatment.

It takes WAY to long to striaghten my thick hair? what should i do?

Right now, I would head down to the hair salon and ask them to thin it out (they cut it a certain way) and keep conditioning your hair!

It takes WAY to long to striaghten my thick hair? what should i do?

i ahd your same problem, cut your hair a little shorter, or get a thermal straightening treatment

expensive, but you wont have to starighten your hair ever again, well at least until it grows out.

It takes WAY to long to striaghten my thick hair? what should i do?

go to the hairdresser and get it thinned out, and maybe some long layers. i have super thick hair and thats what i did and now it takes alot less time to straighten.

It takes WAY to long to striaghten my thick hair? what should i do?

try redken shampoo and conditioner with macademia oil it really smooths your hair

It takes WAY to long to striaghten my thick hair? what should i do?

well idk what race u r bc if u have caucasian hair , im not sure how that would work with a chemical relaxer... so call a salon , and tell them about ur issue... ask them if a chemical relaxer would be a good option... most likely theyll say " would u mind stopping by for a consultation" bc they dont know how damaged ur hair is, how dry , or thick.. so its safer 2 let them see it, and theyll know what 2 do.. if u do get a chemical relaxer tho , they usually cost 40-60... i get mine done every 6 weeks, im bi-racial, with thick curly kinky hair, and a relaxer gets my hair bone straight :) hth , and goodluck

It takes WAY to long to striaghten my thick hair? what should i do?

Seriously try it, it works really well and cuts lots of time straightening. http://www.folica.com/TIGI_Bed_Head_C_d2...

I have very long thick hair that gets very knotty it drives me crazy everyone tells me not to cut it?

Put lots of conditioner on it. That'll help loosen up your hair. Try combing it with some conditioner on it. Do this often for a week.

I have very long thick hair that gets very knotty it drives me crazy everyone tells me not to cut it?

OMG my best friends Emily has the same hair,

its very very very long and tangles,

she didnt cut it,

you should just get it trimed,

to get ALLL the split ends and damamged hair,

it helped her so much

I have very long thick hair that gets very knotty it drives me crazy everyone tells me not to cut it?

You could have it thinned out. You don't actually change the length, your stylist just goes in a thins it out a bit. I knew a few girls who did this, and it looked pretty good.

I have very long thick hair that gets very knotty it drives me crazy everyone tells me not to cut it?

i have very long thick hair as well, it used to get very tangely but i didn't want to get it cut off, so i got it layered. i love how tangle free it is now %26amp; plus it doesn't take as long to dry it.

I have very long thick hair that gets very knotty it drives me crazy everyone tells me not to cut it?

it depends on how long your hair is, but mine used to be 3" away from the bottom of my back and it was REALLY thick! i cut mine a year ago to about 6 or 8 inches below my shoulders and its still tangled! but i use a TON of conditioner [[herbal essences body envy]] and then Pantene Detangeling Light Conditioning mist, and it works SO well!!! hope that helped :) good luck!

Do u know how to get really cully hair and thick hair to stay stright? I use a iron but it doesn

yea that happens to me all the time. but to get it really straight, you have to be very patient and you have to straighten your hair in small sections, starting from the root, and don't straighten your hair go to fast. you might have to do it couple of times but thats what you have to do. then what works really great is putting in BioSilk which you can get at jewel osco for like 12 dollars. i hope i helped good lucK!

Do u know how to get really cully hair and thick hair to stay stright? I use a iron but it doesn't work?

try a straightening shampoo and conditioner and blow it out first then straighten

Do u know how to get really cully hair and thick hair to stay stright? I use a iron but it doesn't work?

same thing happens to me. you truthfully just have to use a really big, expensive hair-straightener, the one I use is $20, but the one my friend used on me, was $85 and my hair stayed stick-straight for 3 dayss!!!

Do u know how to get really cully hair and thick hair to stay stright? I use a iron but it doesn't work?

ahhh! im exactly the same as you it took me and my mom 3 hours to straighten my hair anyways you can get your hair permentaly straightened (its like a perm for straight) or something called relaxed it think?? also i was reading somewhere about this new japanese treatment but i forgot the name but it works really good i hear

Do u know how to get really cully hair and thick hair to stay stright? I use a iron but it doesn't work?

my hair is both curly and thick i just got my hair thinned out and layered at the salon...then i straightened it...that's what worked for me...you don't even really have to get layers just ask them to thin your hair out and that should work pretty good too.

Do u know how to get really cully hair and thick hair to stay stright? I use a iron but it doesn't work?

Go to a salon and get it straightened. It's like a backwards perm.

Do u know how to get really cully hair and thick hair to stay stright? I use a iron but it doesn't work?

Putting this product below works great as a 1st step.Right when you get out of the shower put that in, then blow dry. When your ready to strighten your hair do it in layers. That way you'll have stright hair and a nice shine!

Thick carpet like hair.?

My grandson is seven, he has thick coarse carpet like hair, what and how should we manage his hair. He is the only one with this kind of hair in the family. Its pitch black has no style, no matter what we use, gel won't even hold his hair in place. Help.....

Thick carpet like hair.?

You need to keep his hair cut to a bald fade. The last thing you should do is put a bunch of grease and pomades in it. They will just make it gummy and it will collect dirt.

I also suggest 'blowing out' his hair. There are kits for men with thick hair that loosen the texture. There are also texturizers. I do however suggest you take him to have it done professionally. Trying the 'kitchen beautician route may have a bad outcome. Plus... at the shop they are the professionals and will be liable for mistakes.

Since he is 7... there is also the option of french braids, cornrows, and dreadlocks. My hair is locked and I love it. Just because it is thick and course doesn't mean there are no natural hair options. Check it out!

Thick carpet like hair.?

A really good stylist

Thick carpet like hair.?

try a shorter style and thinning it a bit, use some strong hold gel

How to wear really curly(very thick) hair down without it looking pufffy?

It all starts with the products you're using. First, use a good shampoo and conditioner that will not frizz your hair - I like Redken and Paul Mitchell. After that, use a leave in product like Biosilk to smooth your hair and add moisture. Then use a thick, heavy mousse like Joico's Joiwhip and put a handful of it in your hair and work it in. Then go in 2-3 inch sections and comb your hair thru with a fine toothed comb. This will help you to form the curl. As you comb it thru, finger curl it around. Do this on your whole head. When you're finished, you'll look like you have a geri-curl (LOL), but don't worry - it gets better. Next, use a hair dryer WITH a DIFFUSER (very important) and dry your hair all over leaving your curls in tact. Don't pull them or stretch them. You may have to squeeze them a little just to set the curls. When your head is COMPLETELY DRY (and not a moment sooner), use your hands to loosen up the curls and pull them apart. Should work like a charm!

How to wear really curly(very thick) hair down without it looking pufffy?

Shampoo and condition your hair very well and brush with your wide toothed comb and/or brush. Make sure there are no knots!

Apply a small amount of conditioner and anti-frizz serum (anti-frizz serum is optional). Rub the products in very well until you can't see them in your hair anymore.

If your hair is naturally wavy let it air dry or blow dry your hair with a comb using anti-frizz serum.

Turn on the curling iron or curling irons that you plan to use.*

While the curling irons are warming up, separate your hair into three sections by pulling two sections to each side of your face leaving the third section to be the back.

Clip up two of the sections, leaving one down. Curl the first section, starting toward the back of your head and working your way to the front. When you put your hair in the curling iron it should look like a spring that is coiled around the curling iron. If you have two different sizes of curling irons use the larger one to curl the bottom layer of your hair and the smaller one to curl the top.

Spray that section with your hairspray and gently clip it away from the rest.

When you finish all of the sections, take out any clips or scrunchies you have holding the section and spray your hair all over with hairspray one more time.

Tips:

* Make sure you tussle your hair throughout the day to give it more body with a relaxed look to it yet it looks bouncy.

* don't make the curling iron go all the way up to your head or it will look too curly

* Use maximum hold hair spray to keep your style in all day.

hope this helps

How to wear really curly(very thick) hair down without it looking pufffy?

thick curly hair usually demands that you wahs it everyday or risk having greasy skin, but try skipping the conditioner ever other day and apply mouse to the hair once you end your shower and instead of blow drying, apply anti frizzing products and let it air dry( you might wanna do this the night before) if you dont have enough time to let it air dry, then just hold the blow drying above your head till dry. right before you walk out the door, comb your hair with a wide tooth comb.

How to wear really curly(very thick) hair down without it looking pufffy?

I wish I could be threre to try this but what if you pick the curls apart. Does that give you way too much hair? When you have them in tressels of some type instead of tight curls you may have to have a squirt of hairspray to hold thelm in place.

How to wear really curly(very thick) hair down without it looking pufffy?

Buy some mouse that has condition add to it. I buy Pantene Pro-V oil cream moisturizer, use the Hydrating Curls product by Pantene.

How to wear really curly(very thick) hair down without it looking pufffy?

i think you should get it thinned out first. then shampoo it real good. nd style it. then put spray or moose on it to holdd.

I have really curly and thick hair does anyone know any home remedies or a product that can make it

p.S I'm a guy (mind the name) it's my sister's

I have really curly and thick hair does anyone know any home remedies or a product that can make it straight?

Well, not knowing your race, I would say a perm. I know for Blacks and maybe Hispanics, it straightens hair but for White people it makes it curly. Or you could just use flat irons.

I have really curly and thick hair does anyone know any home remedies or a product that can make it straight?

you can actually make it perfectly straight(until you wash it next) with a flatiron. They work miracles, i have your type of hair, and i can make my hair look straighter and feel less thick. It even makes it look healthier. You should buy a ceramic one. Ulta sells them or you can even get a less expensive at Target or Walmart but buy ceramic. Its better to pay more though as the better ones work better. Then you wash and blowdry your hair. Then you take one inch sections starting with very small amounts of your hair and run the hot flatiron from top to bottom. your hair will be straight when you are done. It lasts until you wash it again. It is vest to use flatiron type of conditioning spray on it before you use the flatiron on it to protect it. OH and i am sure guys can use it too, just be very careful its hot. just pull your hair down straight while using it.

I have really curly and thick hair does anyone know any home remedies or a product that can make it straight?

men can use ghd,s too there great for straighting hair loads of men use them these days

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

I don't know how anyone could answer that without talking to you furthur to find out what you liked, did for a living, how much time you have to style your hair....or to see your hair and facial shape. If you want to keep long hair..angle it up on the sides some and get some long layers...is it coarse? straight? Post a picture if you can k?

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

Go just longer than your shoulders i think thats the best length for thick hair

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

do something with it! maybe your getin bored with your style you have. get it cut into a style you think would suit.

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

OK you could cut it but you should keep it long maybe about 2 or 3 inches

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

you might want to get it layered if you cut it because otherwise it will look poofy..my advice though is leave it long :)

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

keep it long.. thick, short hair doesnt really look good to me..

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

dont cut it! it will just be puffy and long hair is much better. i had like mid-back length hair and i cut it about an inch above my shoulders and i hated it, it was so stupid. You should get a new cut for long hair, maybe like long hair with really short layers or something different like that

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

That really is a personal choice...I had very long hair for a long time then I got it cut....I go back and forth...just so you know if you do get it cut....please donate your hair to one of those organizations that use it to make wigs for cancer patients....that would be something great you could do.

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

Well if you are looking for a new style you might want to do something with it..

if you get tired of it just remeber it will grow back.

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

me thinks get it layerd! keep the longest layer quite long tho, every1s wantin hair extentions at the mo n its great when u can say its ur own hair! long, thick hair is A-list hair and turns heads alot! its always glam! xxxxxxxx

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

the shorter u cut it, the poofier its gonna get

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

don't cut it!!! i have thick hair and if you cut it it will take forever to grow back then in the middle of growing it it gets frizzy and hard to control. Keep it long!!!

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

don`t cut your whole hair! Make some nice, short bangs, and that`s it. I also have long, thick hair. If you cut it, that would be more difficul to handle.

Be proud of yor long hair!

Many girls I know envy me because of my long hair and say I shouldn`t cut it. Most women would be glad if they had long, thick hair.

Ok girls i have very long thick hair and i dont knoew if i should get it cut or leave it long .?

It really depends on your age. If you are younger than 40, leave it below your shoulders and layered. If youare over 40, get it cut above your shoulders and layered. You may disagree, but this is my opinion. Good Luck

I am 17 and had very thick hair. now all of a sudden its thining!! yy!?????

Well, there's a couple questions I have to ask.

1. What is your nationality? I need to know this because all nationalities have different grades of hair, and it would be easier to identify the problem if I know what type of hair you have.

2. What have you done to it lately? Perms? Dye? What?

How do you thin out thick hair by cutting it? Without going to the salon.?

Stop being cheap and go to the salon or you'll end up looking like a rat!

How do you thin out thick hair by cutting it? Without going to the salon.?

i'd suggest you go to a professional and not do it yourself. cutting your own hair can turn out disasterous..its your hair and its there with you everyday so its really good to invest in it.

How do you thin out thick hair by cutting it? Without going to the salon.?

when you find out, let me know! your hair can't be thicker than mine! lol!! i started going to the salon to let them handle it. it's too much to deal with on my own. maybe you just gotta face the facts!

How do you thin out thick hair by cutting it? Without going to the salon.?

Getting a layered haircut will help with the thickness. DON'T try it at home...just go to the salon.

How do you thin out thick hair by cutting it? Without going to the salon.?

You can buy "thinning shears" at any discount store. Just a few dollars.

Just twist about a 1/4 square section of hair and then "cut" it in two or three places with the shears. That is for short hair.

If your hair is long, I wouldn't even try to thin it cause it will be "flyaway." You can have it layered by wetting it thoroughly and cutting it with a razor. BE CAREFUL!

How do you thin out thick hair by cutting it? Without going to the salon.?

please don't try to do it yourself. Go to a professional and ask them to use a razor to cut your hair. using a razor, helps to thin out very thick hair...

I swirl mine up in a bun for comfort. But, for comfort and a cool look, I go for a combo of high bun and a handfull of of loose long strands either hanging from the bun or base of the neck. (similar to Paris Hilton's hair in House of Wax just before she gets impaled) :)

Use a pompade or hair wax. Going over your hair with a straightener will also help cut back on the poof

I have really puffy and thick hair and I find it ugly, how can I make it look prettier without hairspray?

i have the same hair. i got swoop bangs and got a really really good staightner. thats what you should do. or go to a saloon and get your hair relaxed. (means it makes it really staight)

or if you like your puffy thick hair then just try a different style for your hair.

I have really puffy and thick hair and I find it ugly, how can I make it look prettier without hairspray?

You should try a ceramic flat iron. Make sure you put a product on the hair that is made for ironing so you don't burn your hair. Iron in layers. They have kiosks in the mall where you can try the irons. Also, deep condition your hair and use a spray on/leave-in conditioner before you dry it.

I have really puffy and thick hair and I find it ugly, how can I make it look prettier without hairspray?

Bio-Ionics. Hair is naturally moisturized and conditioned. It is smoother, softer,shinier with less frizz and static electricity. Hair is overall stronger and healthier. The system straightens hair without damage! Must be done in a salon though...it's like a perm. %26lt;%26lt;see below for an example%26gt;%26gt;

I have really puffy and thick hair and I find it ugly, how can I make it look prettier without hairspray?

You can hot comb it! Or you can use a flat iron. I know exactly how you feel. Oh! Try not to sweat when you sleep. That will stop the puffiness. See Ya! Glad I could help!

I have really puffy and thick hair and I find it ugly, how can I make it look prettier without hairspray?

Try biosilk.

I have really puffy and thick hair and I find it ugly, how can I make it look prettier without hairspray?

blow dry it straight and use a flat iron on it afterwards. hairspray is a bad idea to make it look good, with thick and puffy hair. you need a defrizzing balm.

I have really puffy and thick hair and I find it ugly, how can I make it look prettier without hairspray?

Use a ceramic straightener. It's expensive, but I guarantee it's worth your money! I have super curly hair and it's can get really puffy. All I do is put some shine serum and use my cermaic straightener and my hair turns out so nice, silky and soft. Try it!

I have really puffy and thick hair and I find it ugly, how can I make it look prettier without hairspray?

i have the same problem! when you take a shower, try using Herbel Essance. [try to find one for poofy hair]. Don't blow dry it. While it's wet, apply some gel. Then let it air dry.

Can you get exstentions if you have thick hair?

i need some help like what would it look like and places to get them.

Send me photos or websitees pleasee!!

Can you get exstentions if you have thick hair?

you can get extensions but they would probably do a straghtning process for you first

Can you get exstentions if you have thick hair?

There are a lot of salons that will do extentions for you. Shop around first and see if it's a service they offer, because sometimes in smaller towns they don't have anyone on staff who knows how. You can get extentions no matter what kind of hair type you have (so thick shouldn't make a difference). You can glue them in, sew them in, or attach them to a clip so you can take them out whenever you want (I have a friend who does this and it works well).

If you're going to dye your hair soon, buy the extentions and have the stylist dye them at the same time as your hair so the color matches. Also, Jessica Simpson line of extention wear is amazing.

Would a 'princess Diana' hair-cut suit my curly, thick hair?

If not plz suggest some.

Would a 'princess Diana' hair-cut suit my curly, thick hair?

You would probably look good with a haircut like Princess Diana. I really did like the way she wore her hair. I am thinking about having my hair cut like hers. I have always thought that she was one classy lady. If you need ideas for a haircut then go through some magazines with hairsyles in it. That's what I always do.

I have really long, and really thick hair, and it's always pulled back or thrown up.?

Does anybody know any tips, or have any ideas on how I could style it? I just dont know what to do with it, it doesnt hold curl, i cant scrunch it... Any ideas?

I have really long, and really thick hair, and it's always pulled back or thrown up.?

http://www.2hairstyles.com/long-hairstyl...

I have really long, and really thick hair, and it's always pulled back or thrown up.?

Now everyone knows scrunching your hair leaves it flakey and stiff because of the jell or mouse or even worse it falls out after only half a day. However there is a product out there ladies you can use to leave your hair with the scrunch or curly look but not with that unwanted flakey, hard hair. It is called Softee(proteen gel). You can get it at Family Dollar or Wal-mart. Its just a couple of bucks for a large amount. While your hair is wet apply a fair amount of Softee to your hair from root to ends. Brush it trough with your fingers. The from end to root scrunch you hair over and over and over. Since you have naturally curly hair just allow your hair to dry natural. But for fun if you want you can blow dry your hair upside down while scrunching it at the same time. You end result will be beautiful wavy, curly, scruchy hair that is soft not hard and not freezy. Try it out sometime I think you will like it. And good Luck.

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

Somebody said this in a question, is it true? And if so, why?

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

Shampooing your hair everyday actually makes the oil glands in your scalp produce MORE oil. Shampooing dries out the pores and causes them to react, and produce oil. I wash my hair every other day, and my hair is much more healthy now.

Switching to washing every other day (or even less) will take some getting used to. Your hair will feel greasy to you most likely. But after you keep up with the routine, your scalp will adjust.

PS. I started using Pantene ProV restoratives shampoo/conditioner last week and its making my hair super shiny and soft. You should try it!

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

i dont think its just thick hair its all hair

you should wash it everyday cause it damagaes your hair...dont know how though...

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

I don't know I have extremely thick hair and wash it every other day, because if I wash it every day, no matter how much conditioner I use it is still really dry. So maybe that is why.

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

no, then you are just left with greasy/dirty hair... You just need to find a good shampoo/conditioner that wont totally strip your hair of its oils, etc. so it continues to be healthy.

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

no thats not true i have thick hair and wash it twice a day it only makes mine softer and silker

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

It doesn't matter if your hair is thick or thin, washing your hair every day is unnecessary since natural oils that build up in hair over time is normal, and even helpful, however they are not to be confused with grime. If you do wash everyday though, that's also fine.

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

I have thick curly hair, I've found that skipping a day of washing doesn't dry it out as much but so does using a good conditioner

also try leave in conditioner that stuff is amazing!!

The reason that thicker hair shouldn't be washed at much is because it's not as oily. People with thinner hair will have oily hair by the end of the day while people with thick hair can go more than a day and their hair stay the same

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

You shouldn't wash ANY hair everyday. All the water dries out your hair. Only wash it every few days, maybe 3-5 times a week. =]

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

There's some truth in it.It depends if your hair is oily.usually, thick hair is.you should wash it every other day so you won't strip your hair of its natural oils, and your hair will look dry and limp.Hope i helped!

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

Wash your hair once every other day. You don't want to wash all of the natural oils and amino vitamins in your hair.

You're not supposed to wash thick hair every day?

No you are not supposed to wash thick hair everyday because the more you wash your hair the more it gets oily so with thick hair the oil accumulates faster and more.

Hope I helped

xoxo

I want 2 hav supurb thick hair n want 2 grow my height?

The best way to grow really long hair is to be sure you are getting nourished. Deficiencies in your diet show up in your hair. Next, be gentle with your hair. If you're rough with it, it will break off and never get long. Resist the temptation to put it in tight pony tails and don't use lots of barettes. They are hard on hair. Third, keep it conditioned. Use a gentle shampoo and conditioner. Rinse thoroughly and use a light weight leave-in conditioner before you blow dry. Keep your blow dryer on a medium to cool setting, as well as any other styling gadgets you might use. In other words, take good care of your hair and it will grow long and lush.

How do i straighten my thick hair and make it stay str8? cause ti always puffs out in an hour or two

make sure you have some straighteners that heat up to 200 degrees +. these are the only ones that make your hair stay straight. there are also a lot of good hair products out there that aren't very expensive. i wouldn't recommened getting your hair chemically straightened because it can be expensive, and when your hair starts to grow, the roots will start going frizzy!

i have thick and curly hair too. i found that the pantene sleek and smooth line works really well. you just use the shampoo and conditioner as normal, then towel dry and comb. smooth in the straightening cream and blow dry or air dry. once your hair is dry use a ceramic flat iron in small sections at a time. add some shine serum and your done.

I would recommend that after you wash your hair, you use a straightening balm. Then blow dry your hair in sections using a paddle brush and also make sure you use a nozzle so you don't get flyaways while blow drying your hair. You are going to see the best results if you use a very good straightener. It is also important to use a heat protection spray before using your straightener-- this protects your hair from further heat damage. Good luck!

2 ways i know work, done them myself. the easiest way is to get a hot flat iron from walmart or beauty supply store. spray each section of hair with hairspray and then smooth with flat iron, will last until next shampooing. the other way is to get a home perm and use the solution on your hair them comb hair stick straight and sit still for 20 minutes the rinse and go to step 2 the netralizer and do the same procedure for 10 min, rinse shampoo style with blowdryer will last about 6 months. ( have someone help you)

How do i straighten my thick hair and make it stay str8? cause ti always puffs out in an hour or two?

You should try going to a hair salon and learning how to blow dry your hair properly...this has less damage than the other options offered and it also has a better lasting effect and looks a lot more natural than the use of straighteners.

There is a flatiron called the Chi. It's made with a mineral called tourmaline embedded in the plates. It's expensive, but I have heard that it straightens hair extrememly well. Many Black hairdressers seem to swear by these.

My hair puffs up too. I haven't bought the flatiron yet but when I get some extra change I will look into it.

Teen male looking for a shampoo, I have thick hair that gets dry, frizzy, poofy, & unmanagable?

I am a 17 year old male and I have no idea what to look for in the shampoo isle. There are so many kinds and you see all of these shampoos for extra body and volume...well I don't need anymore of that. I'm looking for one that will actually make it less dry, prevent it from becoming frizzy, poofy and unmanagable. If you know of any good shampoos and/or conditioners that you can recommend that would be so helpful since I have no idea where to start. Thanks

Teen male looking for a shampoo, I have thick hair that gets dry, frizzy, poofy, %26amp; unmanagable?

Ok, the person who said do an oil treatment doesn't realize that oil treatments are really for people who have damaged hair, like heat damage. They are also expensive if you want it done correctly so I wouldn't try it. I had majorly fried hair from when i used to straighten my hair everyday. The shampoo%26amp;conditioner i used which is explained below made my hair look fantastic! You should try it.

Since your a guy you don't have to get a shampoo and then a conditioner so that will help majorly.

You may think it's a girl brand but it totally works.

Herbal Essences. Try hello hydration, 2 in 1 Shampoo%26amp;Conditioner.

It only costs lik $2.87, it will hydrate your hair, making it soft and shiny. As for the frizz, it'll help that as well. For it being poofy, maybe your hair is to long, or its just realy curly.

But try it, it really works, and it doesn't cost much. It's in a blue bottle. %26amp; the good thing about Herbal Essances is that it has different types of shampoo and conditioners... so if Hello Hydration doesn't work for the frizz try, Break's Over, it help with breakage and frizz, it's the Purple bottle... or you could try the pink bottle which is called Dangerously Strait... but i think Hello Hydration is the best for you.

any garnier frutis

Teen male looking for a shampoo, I have thick hair that gets dry, frizzy, poofy, %26amp; unmanagable?

Look for one like Tresemme. It's a good quality product. Look for a shampoo that says it's formulated for dryand/or damaged hair. Then look for the same in a conditioner.

Garne Fructis doesn't moiturize enough. It actually seemed to strip my hair of its nature oils, so I wouldn't recommend that one.

Teen male looking for a shampoo, I have thick hair that gets dry, frizzy, poofy, %26amp; unmanagable?

I would definitely recommend Sunsilk Anti-Frizz Shampoo and Conditioner. Or you could also try Garnier Fructis.

But those are heavily scented, and those scents work best for girls.

You, as a guy, should try Pantene (it has a neutral, clean, fresh smell). Or you could also try Aussie products. You could get it from the drugstore. Aussie shampoos and conditioners have no scent.

I really hope this helped!

Teen male looking for a shampoo, I have thick hair that gets dry, frizzy, poofy, %26amp; unmanagable?

You will get all sorts of answers here, and all of those products are expensive. You might want to try a hot oil treatment first, then look for a shampoo/ conditioner especially labeled for dry%26amp; frizzy hair.

Teen male looking for a shampoo, I have thick hair that gets dry, frizzy, poofy, %26amp; unmanagable?

hm..i think you would like pantene shampoo. its not realy a "guy" shampoo but i think you would like it. simply browse though the different shampoos at this link, and then go to the store and look for that one. good luck! :)

How can women get rid of thick hair growth on the their face. Any homemade remedies?

Threading:

Thread the hair on your upperlip and chin. Threading will help you remove even the tiniest and finest of hair, whereas, if you wax, you will need to wait for hair to grow before you can wax it off again.

If you don閳ユ獩 have a lot of hair on the chin, instead of threading, selectively pluck just the thick hair. Don閳ユ獩 get tempted to pluck fine hair, because it will grow back thicker. Also, thread your eyebrows, but you may want to leave this to professionals. Don閳ユ獩 try threading your brows yourself unless you are skilled in threading, because you may mess up the shape. If you have a lot of hair on your forehead, you could thread it when you are doing your eyebrows. Don閳ユ獩 thread your forehead if you are prone to developing pimples on this area. Bleaching would be a better solution.

If you don閳ユ獩 live in India, and don閳ユ獩 have easy access to someone who can thread your eyebrows, pluck them regularly, or get them waxed by a beautician.

Waxing:

It is not very feasible to wax your entire face. You could, however, wax your sideburns. Fortunately, sideburns take a while to grow back, and over time, with regular waxing, the growth will reduce. However, be careful to ensure that you don閳ユ獩 wax off very fine hair when waxing the sideburns. Wax only the very thickest portion of the sideburns, so the fine hair doesn閳ユ獩 grow back thicker 閳?or gradually you will need to wax your cheeks as well.

So now you have tackled the main problem areas, which are the upperlip, chin, sideburns and eyebrows. If you have a lot of hair on your cheeks as well, instead of waxing such a large portion of your face, simply apply bleach to your entire face. If you bleach sideburns that are very hairy, blonde hair is often clearly visible. However, now that you have waxed off the hairiest part of your sideburns, bleach your entire face. Your face will look clean, fresh and free of hair.

Hope I helped xx

Hair Removal: Temporary and Permanent Solution

I have really curly and thick hair, and i want to make it thinner and straighter.?

the only way to get this done would be to go to a salon and get it thinned out and straightened please don't go for the relaxer it can damage your hair....

I have really curly and thick hair, and i want to make it thinner and straighter.?

u can straighten it with and iron or get it permanently straightened. a salon can use a razor to thin out your hair.

I have really curly and thick hair, and i want to make it thinner and straighter.?

I don't know if there are ways to make it thinner, but it'll look thin and be straight if you get a straightener hair dryer. I used on and it worked really well.

I have really curly and thick hair, and i want to make it thinner and straighter.?

you have 3 options:

-use a flat iron

-go and get a reverse perm

-ask to get your hair thinned out in your next haircut. they'll know what you are talking about. :]

I have really curly and thick hair, and i want to make it thinner and straighter.?

to make it thinner, just go to your salon and have them "thin it out", they should know what you mean. they either use a razor, or these special scissors that cut every other hair. trust me, i used to have hair that was so thick, whenever i wore a ponytail i got headaches. to make it straighter, (been there too! i had wavy hair that people LOVED, but i hated it) they put this straightener chemical in there and it took out the frizz, not the curls. so have them use something strong. then just keep it up with blow drying, using a flat iron %26amp; hair product.

good luck!

ok, get a bucket and fill it with bleach and amonia, bend over however you have to to get your hair in and let it barely touch your scalp. You get fast results!!

Have your hairstylist use the razor scissors on your hair everytime you go. I saw a women get it done the other day at the solon and her hair looked totally different.

How do you make extremely thick hair thinner permenently?

I don't know of a permanent way to make your hair thinner without causing damage to your scalp, but you can purchase a "thinning shear". It looks like a regular scissor but one side will be notched and one will have the blade so that when you clamp down on your hair it doesn't get completelycut off. Just don't use it to close to the scalp.
