I don't know if there are ways to make it thinner, but it'll look thin and be straight if you get a straightener hair dryer. I used on and it worked really well.

-use a flat iron

-go and get a reverse perm

to make it thinner, just go to your salon and have them "thin it out", they should know what you mean. they either use a razor, or these special scissors that cut every other hair. trust me, i used to have hair that was so thick, whenever i wore a ponytail i got headaches. to make it straighter, (been there too! i had wavy hair that people LOVED, but i hated it) they put this straightener chemical in there and it took out the frizz, not the curls. so have them use something strong. then just keep it up with blow drying, using a flat iron %26amp; hair product.

definitely getting it razored will thin out your hair. my sister used to have a straightener that can be used on wet hair...maybe that will work for you.

You gould get it thinned but when it grows back at first you will have all this hair just sticking out!!
