How do you crimp thick hair w/out a crimper??

I don't want to braid it cause then its all frizzy!! and I won't be getting a perm for a long time cause my grandma does it she lives in East Grand Forks so i have to wait til we go visit her so probably in dec.

I think braiding is the only way to go. French braid could work. If you want to avoid the frizz then use a ton of gel. But don't overdue it. ;)

thats the only two ways i know..braiding and using an iron...so if u dont want it to be frizzy but still braid it, then spray it with anti-frizz spray right after u braid each section...and then again once u take it out

crimped hair looks ugly.... unless you are gonna make suptle waves, you'll look like an idiot.
