oooo girl go for a long shag. Sooooo hot. Takes away volume from the bottom of your face, automatic framing, easy volume on top...let me see if I can find a pic...*cue jeopardy music*..........

there ya go. I also have thick brown hair and just did this to myself. I have more volume since I bit more rock. Yes, I cut it myself...although i AM a stylist, lol

i would get it layered with a swooping bang and then straighten it. that way it will thin out a little. and possible highlight it if you want to

you could curl or straighten your hair either way would look good. Straightening it would make it easier to manage and you could get bangs that are just below your eyebrows so it draws atteintion to your eyes

get layer, alot, maybe get sum highlights around the front so the focus is on your face

you could grow it out to medium long length and get a perm so its curly, or get it chemically relaxed now...

for temp. styles, you can pull some pieces of hair into bobby pins and leave the rest down, that pretty cute.

or a messy bun??

First off, consider yourself lucky! I would LOVE to have thick hair! It's hard to tell you specifically what you should do with your hair, and I'd be cautious about asking your stylist to cut it a certain way, as they never turn out quite like the picture! Your best bet is to find someone who knows how to cut hair based on your hair type, face shape, skin/eye color, etc. Unfortunately I can't recommend anyone, not knowing where you live! I'd get recommendations from friends, or go in for a consultation. The first time I went to my stylist, he felt the shape of my head, texture of my hair, etc. and went from there. My last stylist would ask me what I wanted her to do (how should I know? isn't that YOUR job??), but with this guy I just sit down and he starts working, I never have to give it any thought and he always makes it look great! Sorry, that was kind of vague, but the key to a great cut is really just a great stylist! Good luck!
